My client is a market leader in the Digital Banking space, looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead their Mobile Development team to elevate their software engineering capabilities, instil a culture of continuous improvement and innovate their Mobile Solutions offering. You will be experienced in all things Mobile Development and Architecture, Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, Stakeholder Engagement and be well versed operating within the Fintech and/or Banking space.

Senior Software Engineering Manager (Mobile) - Experience required:

• Significant experience in Mobile Application development with a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile development technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift, as well as key frameworks like React Native and Flutter.
• Strong experience in Mobile Architecture and its associated design patterns, security best practices, encryption, and data protection.
• Solid experience creating high-standard customer experiences through mobile channels.
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience and a solid Commercial mindset.
• Expertise in Agile development, version control, CI/CD, rapid exploration, incubation methodologies, and automated testing.
